THE MINDTILLER FIELD GUIDE

Your notes stay with your browser.

Understand how Mindtiller handles browser-only tool entries, optional local storage, backups and server logs. Learn about Google Analytics and browser storage.

What the tools do with your entries

The decision matrix, journal and premortem process entries in your browser. Their application code does not send the content of those entries to a server, AI service or analytics provider. There are no user accounts. Google Analytics is included to measure website usage, as described below. The tools do not include custom analytics events containing your decision text, scores, journal entries or review notes.

Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-B0W93Y4HP0) to understand visits and website usage. The Google tag loads when a page opens and may use cookies or similar identifiers. Information processed can include page addresses, referring pages, device and browser information, and interaction events depending on the property’s settings. Google receives technical network information when its services are requested.

The website does not intentionally send the contents of decision-tool fields to Google Analytics. Do not put confidential information in page URLs or links. Google’s handling of information is described in Google’s Privacy Policy and its explanation of how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. This release does not include an analytics consent banner or a site-level analytics opt-out control.

Optional saving on this device

Use “Save on this device” to store the current tool’s data in browser local storage. Each tool saves separately. After changing or reviewing data, select Save again to update that copy. Until you do, the saved version remains unchanged.

Saved data reloads automatically when you return using the same browser profile and site address. It does not sync across devices, browsers, private browsing sessions or different hostnames. Storage can be removed by browser settings, device cleanup or storage limits. Download a backup for anything you want to keep.

Application storage is not encrypted by Mindtiller. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to read it. Avoid entering confidential or sensitive information on a shared device.

Deleting, importing and exporting

“Clear & delete saved data” clears the current tool’s working data and its saved browser copy after confirmation. Other tools’ saved data remains. Browser settings can also remove local site storage.

JSON backups are downloaded to your device. Importing a compatible backup replaces the current tool’s working data after confirmation; save again to persist the imported copy. Text exports and printouts are readable summaries, not importable backups. You control how you store or share those files.

Website delivery and logs

Visiting any page sends normal web requests to the hosting and network providers serving it. Those services may process information such as your IP address, browser details, requested URL and request time for delivery, security and operational logs. Browser-only processing of tool entries does not mean website visits are anonymous.

Google Analytics may set analytics cookies. Hosting or security services may use their own technical mechanisms. Their settings and retention practices are controlled separately from the static website.

External links and contact

Links to Intuition Management and other sources take you to separate websites with their own privacy practices. Contact is handled through the Intuition Management contact page; information you submit there is governed by that website’s practices. Do not include private tool entries unless you intentionally choose to share them.

Questions and changes

Use the contact page for privacy questions. This notice should be updated when analytics settings, advertising, accounts, remote storage or other data collection change.
